Cursor and selection
The cursor is the outlined box; the selection is what is tinted. The two are distinct: you move the cursor around without losing anything that is chosen.
Choose

| Ctrl+Shift+C | Copy path |
| Ctrl+Shift+N | Copy the name |
And the lasso with the mouse, with Ctrl or Shift on click, as everywhere.
Measure
Space measures a folder — its size is written in its column — without selecting it. It is the action you repeat while going down a tree to find out what weighs the most; disk usage does it in one go, and as a picture.
What is hidden
Ctrl+H shows or hides hidden files. The setting is per panel, and is remembered from one session to the next.
